We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and pricing are accurate.
We reserve the right to:
- Correct errors or omissions.

- Cancel orders affected by pricing or product information errors.
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST where applicable unless otherwise stated.
- Orders
An order submitted through our website constitutes an offer to purchase.
Acceptance of an order occurs when National Beer Parts confirms the order and dispatches the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment must be received before goods are dispatched unless alternative trading terms have been approved.

- Title to Goods

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may:

- Inspection of Goods
Customers must inspect goods upon receipt.
Any shortages, incorrect items, damage or defects should be reported within 2 days of delivery.
Customers should notify National Beer Parts as soon as reasonably practicable after becoming aware of any issue.
- Returns and Refunds
Returns, credits and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
- Special Orders
Special-order, custom-made, indent and non-stock products cannot be cancelled or returned after an order has been placed unless required by law.
Customers may be required to pay a deposit before special-order products are sourced.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- National Beer Parts is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental loss.
- Our liability is limited to:
- replacement of the goods;
- repair of the goods;
- supply of equivalent goods; or
- refund of the purchase price paid.
- We are not responsible for losses arising from incorrect installation, misuse, modification or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
