Returns & Refund Policy

National Beer Parts Pty Ltd is committed to supplying quality products and complying with the Australian Consumer Law.

This policy outlines the conditions under which goods may be returned and refunds, replacements or credits may be provided.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund where goods fail to meet consumer guarantees under applicable law.

Change of Mind Returns

As many of our products are specialised spare parts and technical components, National Beer Parts does not generally accept returns for change of mind purchases.

Returns may be considered at our discretion where:

  • The item is unused and in original condition.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • The return is requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is a stocked product.
  • The item is not a special-order or non-stock item.

Approved change-of-mind returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Original freight charges are non-refundable.

Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrectly Ordered Products

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered are suitable for their intended application.

Where an incorrect product has been ordered, National Beer Parts may, at its discretion, approve a return subject to:

  • Prior authorisation.
  • Product being unused and in resalable condition.
  • Product being returned within 14 days.

Restocking fees may apply.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods are received damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, customers should notify National Beer Parts within 7 days of receipt.

Please provide:

  • Order number.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Photographs where applicable.

We may request the goods be returned for inspection before determining the appropriate remedy.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide a repair, replacement, credit or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Freight Damage

Customers should inspect deliveries immediately upon receipt.

Any freight damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery where possible.

Claims reported outside this period may be difficult to recover from freight carriers.

Special Order Items

Special-order, custom-manufactured, non-stock and indent products cannot be returned unless:

  • The product is faulty; or
  • Required by law.

Chemicals and Consumables

For health, safety and quality control reasons, chemicals, cleaning products, food-grade consumables and opened consumable products cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Authorisation

No goods may be returned without prior approval from National Beer Parts.

Customers must contact us before returning any products.

Unauthorised returns may be refused and returned to the sender.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection of returned goods.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method wherever possible.
